FURSUITS
A picture of myself (right) and Aerofox (left) from back in 2001.
This suit of myself was my very first completed effort (August 1999), with Aero’s following shortly after doing the wolf head shown below. Aerofox built his own body suit with my occasional assistance, and I provided the head.

Made you look! :P
Very early in 2000 I made this wolf head for Kiri. This was the second fursuit head I made to completion (Aerofox came following this one). Kiri built her own bodysuit with my assistance.
My fourth endeavor was the creation of a rottweiler dog head for Spike Rottweiler and Tiger Cowboy. I believe this was completed in like 2002 for their paw-fasting ceremony.
Lobowolf, a very dear friend of mine, is pictured here as his foofy huggable wolf self. This was my second complete “head + body” suit I built. This was done, if memory serves in 2004.

In 2005-2006 I created my first “character costume” of a pre-existing character.
This is my “loriana fox” fursuit based on the Luskwood Creatures fox from Second Life. Actually, since it was made mostly of spandex calling it a fursuit is a bit of a stretch! (Yes, you can thwap me now ;)
The character was used with permission of Liam Roark, Michi Lumin, Arito Cotton and Eltee Statoski (www.luskwood.org). To them, a resounding thanks!!
Incidentally about the same time as I created this suit, the Luskwood group was branching into the world of fursuiting... check out some of their creations on their site!

In the spring of 2007 I started working on the “new me”... as I mentioned on my About Me page, working with the cross-phase fox at Brukner Nature Center had its lasting effect on me. I loved the coloration of ‘Little Boy’... and wanted to make myself into a female anthropomorphic equivalent of him. The cross-phase is a more atypical coloration of foxes and even more so in the fursuit world. Thus, there were other reasons to be different aside from those of having fallen in total love with the pretty fur that Little Boy had.
Additionally, this suit was my first serious and successful effort to make animatronic ears. The ears respond to loud noises and user input from a button in the right hand-paw.

Whats next?
Well... Aerofox has been waiting a long time for some help to modernize his look, as it were. I admit, my method of construction has been SIGNIFICANTLY refined over the course of years--- heads dont weigh so much, and the vision is much better at a bare minimum. So this will probably be what I do next in the upcoming year.
